At PDPAOLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry; if you change your mind, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition and include the signature branding packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original box and secure it inside a protective shipping mailer to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
